Manifesto Elections 2022: Vote for Brazil
I don't vote for Lula because I like Lula.
I vote for him because I want to see the minimum wage increase more than inflation every year, to see hunger disappearing from our map and people being able to eat, have a job and their children go to university. Because I am not satisfied that in the country with the largest agricultural production, 33 million people are hungry. I vote for Lula because I want to see my country grow again as it did in 2010, when it grew 7.5% of GDP.
I don't vote for Lula because I like him.
I vote for Lula because I judge education as the first priority of any government, and I defend that a child's place is in a good quality school, and not in jail; because I defend that science and technology are essential to the development of my country, and I want to maintain and increase the budget for these sectors and not for the parliamentary amendments of the "secret budget", the greatest institutional corruption in the world.
I don't vote for Lula because I like him.
I vote for Lula because I want a government that defends the use of the vaccine, and does not resist its adoption; I don't want a president who encourages people not to wear masks and crowd together, preaching false medicines; I want a government that respects people's pain, is in solidarity with its people. I vote for Lula because I don't want to see the president of my country mocking the families who lost their family members to covid 19; Because I don't want a president who lies, saying that vaccines kill children and covid doesn't, when a government agency itself claims that two children died a day during covid, a total of 1,860.
I don't vote for Lula because I like Lula.
I vote for Lula because I defend the Amazon, which between July 2021 and August 2022 had an 81% increase in deforestation and, with Marina, in 2005, began to decline after 10 years of successive increase; Because I defend our ancestors, the original peoples, today given over to the wrath of land grabbers, drug traffickers, illegal miners and biopirates. I vote for Lula because the current government is handing over the Amazon to banditry.

I vote for Lula because I don't want a president who goes to religious festivals to disrespect the cult of others, and who preaches violence against the cult of Afro-descendants, who goes to temples to preach hatred and violence. I vote for Lula because I want peace and harmony in my country, and I want a president who does not despise its inhabitants, whether they are northeastern or southern; that respects women and does not treat them with offense and cursing.

I vote for Lula because I want a government that respects democratic institutions, that respects the free press and loves democracy. Why do I want a president who respects republican rites, is responsible for public finances and does not use public money to rent an apartment to "eat women".

I vote for Lula because I don't want to be ashamed to see the president of my country go to the funeral of the Queen of England to make a ridiculous political speech on the sidewalk, in disrespect to the dead; to go eat sandwiches on the streets, forbidden to enter a restaurant in New York because he has not been vaccinated. I vote for Lula because I want my country with an image of civilized, prestige, as it had in the years 2003/2010; praised by the world's top leaders; attracting investments from all quarters.
I don't vote for Lula because I like him, I vote for Lula because I like my country, I love my children and grandchildren, and I want them to live in a country of prosperity and harmony. I vote for the survival of democracy and for the future of Brazil.
